Mini Bio
Paulo Cruz Filho dedicates his life to helping people integrate their soul into their life choices. His work centers on the (re)integration of the higher self and intuition in individuals, while fostering spirituality, care, and positive impact within businesses. He holds a PhD in Social Impact from UQAM – Canada and is an international speaker on these themes, serving also as Chairman of 5C Centro Cultural. Paulo is founder and board advisor to organizations devoted to the expansion of human consciousness and soulful business, including We.Flow (Certified B Corporation), Integral Works, Parimpacto, and InFlame. He is a Global B Corp specialist, founder and host of the Betterness Podcast and the Integral Leadership Podcast, and author of books on leadership and positive impact. Paulo also works as a regenerative therapist, guiding energy healing processes, systemic constellations, and existential journeys.
